Below you will find our team session for Wednesday, February 2nd. Players are to complete the workout below tonight thru Friday. I would like for everybody to have their information posted by 8 p.m. each night. I will make posts public each night at approximately 9:30. I will notify you when the ball work sessions are loaded to our website.
Please focus on technique as without proper form growth will be counterproductive!
Warm up
20 Lunges - 10 each leg
20 Squats (hands out parallel to the ground)
20 Big arm circles (3’) – 10 each direction
20 Small arm circles (6”) – 10 each direction
Workout
Group 1
15 Push-ups (standard)
15 Jumping Jacks
5 Push-ups (with a ball under each hand)
Group 2
Group 3
Group 3 – follow instructions with video for reps.
Cool Down
Static stretch of all muscle groups, standing and seated, for 10 minutes
Start with the warm up;
Move to the workout with 3 sets of Group 1, 3 sets of Group 2 and 2 set of group 3. Rest only between groups for 1 minute with water. After completion of entire workout, break 2 minutes with water then start Cool down for 10 minutes. After cool down continue to drink water for the next 30 minutes.
