Email message from Coach Todd: "...As we move closer to our first outdoor event in March the need to increase the frequency of training is upon us. As such into January and February, you can expect for us to train 2-4 times a week with sessions typically being on Monday, Wednesday, Saturday and Sunday.
Starting Sunday January 9th we will begin a new training schedule that will incorporate time on the field and time in the gym (weight room). Below is the schedule for the upcoming week. Please pay close attention to age group listed and locations as we will be inside and outside (weather permitting).."
