Policies
a. Absences- it is the player’s (not parents) responsibility to contact coaching staff re: any absences. In order to get better, players need to be in the environment on a regular basis.
b. Soccer Related Concerns: any issues related to soccer (playing time, positioning, etc.) must be brought to the coach by the player (not parent) as the first step.
c. 24 Hour Policy- please wait 24 hours from the time a concern occurs to the time a player brings it to the coaching staff.
Total Soccer Academy is committed to the long-term development of the youth soccer player as a well-rounded athlete and productive, respected member of society. Excellent gamesmanship in the form of healthy competition coincides with an overall attitude of community awareness and the desire for each player to reach his or her goals. TSA is a competitive youth soccer club whose primary focus is to provide a total, well rounded and positive soccer experience for the player, coach and parent. The emphasis will be on the education, technical development and sportsmanship of each and every player and coach so that their experience with Total Soccer Academy will encourage them to continue their participation in soccer with renewed enthusiasm and a sense of accomplishment. a.
